Jamgems Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. However, please allow a little longer for custom made creations and special orders.

All orders will be shipped via a recorded service and will usually require a signature on receipt.

Please allow 7 days from the date of ordering (14 days for International orders) before contacting us about your order if you have not yet received it. Most delays revolve around the postal service especially at busy times of year and very few orders ever go missing.

For more urgent deliveries, please contact us and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

International customers please note that any import or duty charges for your particular country are your responsibility and are not covered in the price of the products or shipping. If in doubt, please check with your customs service prior to ordering.
